Descriptio: The Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi Riserva DOCG Classico Coroncino “Cenobita Fumè” is characterized by a complex vinification process, with part of the fermentation carried out in amphora, another part in steel and the remainder in wood.Of a suggestive golden color in the glass, this wine offers a distinctive bouquet dominated by aromas of dried medicinal herbs and hay, accompanied by ethereal and beeswax notes. The sip, fresh and engaging, stimulates the entire palate with a pleasant flavor, and leaves memories of resins and pollen.Its distinctive note is a sort of balsamic spell of medicinal herbs, with clear predominances of green notes on the nose. In the mouth, the fruit takes over, accompanied by a pleasantly balanced acidity that prolongs the tasting persistence.
