Name: FAMILY&FRIENDS
Grillo is a very versatile variety whose characteristics make it well suited to aging. This is why Antonio Moretti Cuseri tried to age a small part in oak and egg-shaped concrete tanks, for a few close friends and family members who ended up really liking this new pure version. In fact, they like it so much they suggested adding it to the range.

Bouquet: Notes of citrus, orange blossoms, honey, balsam herbs, light notes of ginger and vanilla with influences from the sea.
Palate:Good structure, soft, full, and concentrated on the palate, with zesty minerality and wonderful freshness, resulting in a flavorful, persistent finish.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 10-12°C. 
Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration, partly in egg-shaped concrete tanks and partly in small oak barrels for about 20 days.Aging: partly in egg-shaped concrete tanks and partly in small oak barrels for at least 6 monthsAging in bottle: at least 6 months
