Palate: A solid wine with ample smoked notes and a fine-grained texture. Extraordinary persistent, with soft round tannins extending gently and a well- balanced, long finish.
Serving Temperature: serve at about 16-18 °C.
Vinification: Nine months in medium-toasted French oak tonneaux; then, eight months of bottle fining.
Productivity: 1200-1300 grams per plant, 4500 plants per hectare
Average age of the plants: 55 years
